Hair Restoration Consultations

In-person consultations with Dr. Scott Welden include a comprehensive evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. A $200 consultation fee is required at the time of scheduling and is fully refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice. This fee may be applied toward any hair restoration service, including transplant procedures.

Please note that Dr. Wolf is no longer accepting new patients but may see existing patients as his schedule allows. All consultations are conducted exclusively by a physician – never a sales consultant.

Online Consultations

If you’re unable to visit in person, submit a free online consultation using the form below. Include six clear photos of your head (front, back, left, right, top, and crown). Dr. Welden personally reviews each submission and will respond by email or phone if surgery is recommended.

Maintenance Patients

Patients taking Finasteride, Propecia, or other maintenance medications require an annual follow-up to continue treatment. These check-ins are quick and easy to complete by phone for a $100 consultation fee.

Laser Hair Removal

Consultations for laser hair removal are free and usually done before your first session. Please review our Laser Hair Removal Preparation Instructions to ensure you’re ready for your appointment.

Returning Patients

As a courtesy, patients who have previously had hair restoration surgery at Wolf Medical receive free consultations for any future visits.
