E-MAILS FROM HAIR RESTORATION PATIENTS
Letter received on June 16, 2003
Dear Dr. Wolf:
I just wanted to send you, your surgical team, and your administrative staff a shout out for a job well done on my hair transplantation surgery last year. When I elected to have the procedure done I had three criteria. I wanted it to be: reasonably priced, pain-free, and professionally done. You exceeded my expectations on all criteria and I remain grateful.
Thanks,
KC

Good morning,
I had 1300 grafts on April 16th. Everything has gone exactly as you said it would. All soreness and discoloration is now gone and almost all of the transplanted hairs have fallen out. When should I expect to see new growth? Will the new growth be fine at first and then thicken?
The propecia has worked wonderfully. The crown of my head is covered with much thicker hair and there is full coverage. When I went to have my sutures removed, I had an audience of residents. I heard nothing but flattering remarks about your work. Everyone was very impressed. I thank you again for your help and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you,
JC

Dr. Wolf,
It has been a little less than 7 1/2 months, and I know I had a relatively small number of graphs done, but the difference is amazing. The last two months have by far shown the most growth and maturity. The new hairs have not quite reached the length of the existing hair, but close enough that it is very hard to the new from the old.
I can honestly say that this is the best money I haveever spent and appreciate your attention to detail, and expertise.
The only negative is that I think we went a little conservative on the hairline, and hopefully that can be taken care of later in the year.
Thanks again!

Subject: Thinking about scheduling another surgery.
Dr. Wolf
Hello,
My name is BY, and I had transplant surgery on December 4, 2001 @ your Cincinnati office. First of all I would like to tell you it was maybe the best decision I ever made. I also feel that I ended up lucky to have chosen such a skilled and caring doctor, thanks so much! I have lost a little more hair in the last year and a half, but not a whole lot. Have been taking propecia ( procar cut into fifths ) every other day for the last 18 months.
You had said that you can make the procedure look so much more complete w/ more than one session, so that is what I'm interested in.
Hope to hear from you

Subject: PROCEDURE 3/30
DEAR DR. WOLF & STAFF,
JUST A QUICK NOTE TO SAY THANK YOU. YOU AND YOUR YOUR STAFF WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. ADDITIONALLY, YOU CREATED A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE THAT MADE THE PROCEDURE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. YOUR POST-OP INSTRUCTIONS WERE THOROUGH BUT EASY TO FOLLOW. I HAVE EXPERIENCED AN INSIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF PAIN AND NO SWELLING. MY WIFE (RN) WAS IMPRESSED WITH YOUR EXPERTISE & COURTEOUS STAFF. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.
REGARDS, ME

Dr. Wolf,
Dont know if you remember me, but you performed a procedure on me on a Saturday in early November. My name is J___. It has been 5 months and I am very happy with the progress so far. I had 1800 grafts, which was the largest amount of grafts at the time your office has performed. You changed my life and restored the confidence I once had when I was younger with a full head of hair. I wanted you to know I really appreciate someone who gives a customer his monies worth and you definitely did just that. Also I wanted to say thank you to your whole staff for the professionalism and care that was displayed. That was the longest day of my life (9AM -9PM), but was well worth it. When asked about my procedure I always give your name and the super job you did if they are interested in one themselves. Once again thank you very much for making me a new man!

Dr. Wolf,
It's been about seven months now since my surgery. I want to thank you
for an outstanding job! I'm pleased with the results and if I can get
some time I'd like to show you how great you did. Your staff was
excellent and your treatment of me was the best I'd ever had. (this was
my fourth but first with you. I wish I found you from the beginning.) To
finally find a man who is as good in this case better than his word is
refreshing in this field filled with exaggerated promises and false
hopes. You've got a fan here!

Hi Dr. Wolf,
I hope all is well with you and the rest of the team. After eight months, my result has truly made a significant impact. It looks so much better than I even would have thought considering my hair quality. The previous slit and mini grafts are well camouflaged from the hairline through the top. The overall appearance has improved greatly and looks natural and normal now. The donor area is completely undetectable and I feel a million times better thanks to your work. This really made a world of difference for me.
Thanks again to you and the team and I hope all if going well there!!!!!!

Dear Dr. Wolf and Staff:
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the fine job during my visit in February. Each of you were so kind in making my procedure as pleasant of an experience as can be. This second time truly was better then the first one in January of 2002 - I am anxiously awaiting all my new hair to come in -!!
Dr. Wolf, you truly are a talented person in this area of cosmetic surgery - I am blessed to be associated with you.
Take care Dr. Wolf, Viktor, Elena, Ruben and Hilidi - you all are wonderful.
Blessing To You All
G.E.

Dear Brad,
Just want to thank you and your team- Hildi, Reuben, Viktor, Laina, Theron, Ivan (sorry if I forgot anyone) for treating me so well during my surgery last week. Once again I had a great experience.
My scalp is much less erythematous and sore than after the first procedure. Last time, my scalp stayed red for days or weeks. This time it's not at all. I suppose the difference might be due to the difference in spacing and blade size you employed this time.
My daughter- who is now eleven- made it clear she won't remove the sutures for merely a Slim Jim this time. She's talking about a six-pack... of Hawaiian Punch. The kid drives a hard bargain when she knows I am desperate.
Best wishes,
DF

I just wanted to take a moment to convey my deepest appreciation to you for everything that you and your staff did for me last Monday. Thinking about this entire process over and over for the past couple months made me of course nervous which I'm sure is normal but you and your staff made an uncomfortable situation beyond relaxing for me. The professionalism that both you and your staff displayed was unequivocally perfect.
Enough of the big words.
I simply want to say thank you
CH
