What patients should expect on the day of the surgery.

On the morning of your procedure, you will be greeted by our patient coordinator and given a few standard forms to fill out. Our goal is your satisfaction with an excellent result and minimal discomfort during the procedure.

The procedure will have been thoroughly explained during the consultation. After your consultation with Dr. Wolf or Dr. Henke, prior to your hair transplant, you will receive a pre and post-operative instructional packet. It is very important to read and follow those instructions. Should you have any questions, regarding the instructions or otherwise, this is the best time to ask them. Prior to the day of surgery you will be completely informed and ready to proceed. Surgery will typically last the entire day. We’ll let you know during the consult when to arrive; typically between 8 and 9am.

• Lunch will be provided in our office and you can choose from numerous area restaurants from which to order.
• As it was mentioned before, the procedure lasts the entire day and you are awake and conscious throughout. Your comfort and entertainment are very important to us. Feel free to watch TV, make a selection from our large collection of movies, listen to radio or iPod, and even work on the computer at appropriate times. Best of all, is the fun conversation with the Dr. and medical staff that you won’t find anywhere else.
