Cope with early signs of aging

It is a commonly accepted financial practice to start saving money for retirement early. Money put in savings when you are younger, even if it is very little, will have a long time to gain interest. Here at CiN, we wondered if this strategy could be extended to other areas of your life. Namely, what health and appearance maintenance can we do now to help us when we're older? We want to still be turning heads 50 years from now. And yes, we are that shallow.
